Esports World Cup Street Fighter 6 Qualifiers Announced

It didn’t take after yesterday’s Tekken 8 Qualifiers for Esports to move into the other fighting game series. This morning Esports World Cup announced how players can qualify for Esports World Cup for Street Fighter 6. Let’s learn about the qualifiers as for the Esports World Cup.

Qualifications for Street Fighter 6

As just mentioned yesterday, the tournament will take 32 players in total from various tournaments throughout the summer. Previously we had EVO Japan who gave it’s first spots to the top 6 of the event being Mena, Kakeru, Lexx, Ryukichi, Vxbao, and Moke. A total of 16 slots filled by players who places in Top 8 at both Dreamhack Dallas and Dreamhack Summer. The remaining slots will be smaller than with Tekken 8. Top 2 from Battle Arena Melborne, CEO and The Mixup qualify for the finals. Meanwhile the Top 4 from the Riyadh Festival LCQ will also join to fill out the roster.

While the season is slightly shorter the competition will be more intensive with less spots to qualify yourself for the finals. Many international players are traveling to Dallas already to try to get a slot a Riyadh for the grand finals and a shot at the one-million-dollar prize pool.
