We’re excited to announce that Yuta Hanazawa, Executive Producer, Touken Ranbu -ONLINE-, will be at GameStart 2016 to showcase Touken Ranbu – ONLINE – and meet fans of the game, with the chance to win special Touken Ranbu items!
A big fan of Dragon Quest as a child, Yuta Hanazawa decided he wanted to become a game designer, and by age 20, was working as a game planner and game director for consumer games on the Game Boy Advance, PlayStation and other platforms. His extensive experience in gaming also includes a role as social game producer and events planner for social media sites. Hanazawa-san joined DMM Games during its first year of establishmentm, and has produced the highly popular series, Lord of Walkure, which was the top selling title on the DMM Games Platform for 2 years in a row.
He also overlooks the production for the highly popular Touken Ranbu -ONLINE- title (developed by Nitro Plus) which has released a mobile version, Touken Ranbu -ONLINE- Pocket, in March 2016. Prior to launch, Touken Ranbu -ONLINE- Pocket chalked up an impressive 1,470,000 pre-registrants and was ranked No.1 for most downloads on the app store and Google Play during its release, subsequently crossing 1 million downloads during the first 2 weeks of its release.
Hanazawa-san will be on the GameStart Main Stage at 4pm on 8 October to talk about Touken Ranbu -ONLINE- and meet fans of the game, so do come to meet him!
